In a bowl
Two handfuls of frozen peas and two handfuls of green beans
Fill with boiling water and set aside for ten minutes
In other bowl
Chop one hundred grams (half a pack) of spinach
5 washed mushrooms, cut
6 moist tomatoes
In the second other bowl
Half a thinly sliced leek
3 cloves of sliced garlic
Cooking
In a large pan, on medium heat, put 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 25 grams of butter
After the butter has melted a little, add the plate with the spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes
Stir for 3 minutes
Add the garlic and leek
Stir fry for another 2 minutes
Add half a container of cooking cream (you can weigh the container, 135 grams should remain there)
Add the peas and beans (without their water)
Stir for another 6 minutes
Turn off the stove
Seasoning:
salt and pepper
Lemon zest from one lemon
Grate half a nutmeg
